Cancellation Policy

Meadow Blooms – Flower Wall Hire Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected changes can happen. The following policy outlines our terms for cancellations, deposits, and weather-related concerns to ensure clarity and fairness. **Booking & Deposit** * A **non-refundable deposit of €50** is required to secure your flower wall booking. * Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. **Cancellations** * You may cancel your booking **up to 24 hours before your scheduled event** without any further charges. However, the €50 deposit remains non-refundable. * **If you cancel within 24 hours of your event**, the **full remaining balance of the hire fee is due**, as the flower wall has been reserved specifically for your event and cannot be rebooked on short notice. #### **Weather-Related Cancellations** * If your event is **outdoors** and must be cancelled or moved due to **severe or unsafe weather conditions**, you must notify us at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery/setup time**. * In such cases, the €50 deposit remains non-refundable, but no further charges will apply if notice is given on time. * If notice is not provided at least 4 hours in advance, the full hire fee will be due, as our team will have already prepared and mobilised for your event. * We strongly advise having a weather contingency plan or indoor backup location when booking outdoor events. *Rescheduling* * We will do our best to accommodate date changes with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. The deposit will be transferred to your new booking date. By booking with Meadow Blooms, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
